People who study and talk about collective unconscious appear to agree that access to it – to consciousness – is through meditation.

Meditation is the practice of slowing chaotic thoughts and listening for other messages.

In the practice called Transcendental Meditation, thousands of people have participated in global collaborative meditation to cause change, such as lower the crime rate in a city.
